Chaplin School

Chaplin School's Awards Day will be taking place on June 27th.

The program will begin at 1:30.

Tomorrow is Chaplin School's Graduation. The ceremonies begin at 7:00 pm in the gymnasium.

Ever since March, the staff and students of Chaplin School have been participating in a "Walking Challenge" brought forward by Mr. Ron Gleim of the Prairie South School Division. With the help of the SCC (School Community Council), this project was brought to life.

In just 3 short months, we have accomplished our goal of 10 million steps.

Here are the official standings:

K-2: 1,898,616 steps taken

3-5: 2,902,457 steps taken

6-8: 4,986,320 steps taken

9-10: 202,963 steps taken

11-12: 439,721 steps taken

Staff: 5,007,038 steps taken

Total (not including staff): 10,430,077 steps taken

Grand Total: 15,437,115 steps taken

Yesterday, Mr. Loveridge unveiled a new addition to the Chaplin School Gymnasium. 

In woodshop class, Billie Young-Geiger and Devan Morgan created a badminton cart to hold all of the gym's badminton equipment. Nice work, boys!
