Tod Wright Wetland Scholarship

History

For the better part of his life, Mr. Tod Wright of Burlington, Ontario has been deeply involved in both the financial service industry and the environment and is a past president of Ducks Unlimited Canada.  It is the latter of these two passions that first drew Mr. Wright to the Mossbank area where over the years he has made many trips west to visit and enjoy the abundant wildlife of this region.  It is also this same love of the outdoors that motivated Mr. Wright to create a scholarship which promotes environmental stewardship.  Established in 2014, the Tod Wright Wetland Scholarship is awarded to a deserving Prairie South Division graduate with plans to pursue a career in the environmental field.
