Bonjour! It's French as a Second Language Week

Every year, our tireless French teachers think up original and exciting ways to celebrate the French language and culture with our students during French as a Second Language Week. The theme this year is: French, One of Canada's Two Official Languages.

Here is what Gravelbourg High is doing for FSL week:

Activities: French music playing throughout school, French films and bilingual improve at noon hours.

Lindale is sharing French trivia every morning over the announcements for 3-8 students and a colouring contest for K-2.

Grade 4/5 students at Caronport Elementary School will be leading the school in singing the French lyrics for O Canada.
