Drama Group off to Provincials |

The drama group participated in the Regiona 9 drama festival in Regina on the weekend. Other participating schools were Southey, Lumsden and 3 schools from Regina. Our groups had a very good performance on Friday night and ended up receiving 5 individual awards and 2 group awards. Ashley recived the "Spirit of the Festival " award for our school, Mickey & Bailey recived acting awards, Lisa was the runner-up for the Bob Hinitt Technical Awards which is the award for the best technical person, and Ashley recived teh Mary Ellen Burgess award which is the award for the outstanding actor at the festival. We also won Best Technical Award and Best Overall Award which means that now we will compete at the Provincial Drama Festival in Regina in May. Congratulations to Mr. Dale Lawrence and our Drama Group! We are proud of you.
