Sunday, January 10th, the Olympic Torch had a special stop at Mortlach.  Jack Poole,  chairman for the Vancouver Organizing Committee,  died last October before he could fulfill his dream of running the torch at Mortlach, his home town.  His widow, Darlene Poole, was...

one of the 3 Torch Runners who lit their torch at Mortlach School and carried  the torch!
