Yes, it's Telemiracle time again. As in the past, our school is raising funds for this worthwhile cause. The coffee and treat sales from our recent basketball tournaments have been donated; hot lunches are scheduled; "Helping Hands" are for sale at the canteen for $1.00 each; staff has been paying for the opportunity to dress down on Fridays; and we are looking forward to at least one Hat Day. We are also preparing for a one-week Penny Parade; at the end, one "lucky" individual will have to kiss a farm animal in front of the school! There are also incentives along the way for raising money: $1000 - Donuts for everyone! $1500 - 10 minute extended lunch break one day $2000 - Two male students have volunteered to have their leg hair waxed $2500 - The student who brings in the most money will have the opportunity to shave Mr. Huyghebaert's head $3000 - Mrs. Lagassé will allow her head to be shaved in front of the school Remember, all donations over $20 are eligible for tax deductible receipts. We thank everyone for all of their donations; anyone who regularly contributes to Telemiracle can route their donations through the school. Thank you to everyone who donates a dime or a dollar - every penny makes a miracle!
