GES students from kindergarten to grade 6 will travel by bus to Glentworth on Friday, June 8th. The track events will take place at the Glentworth rink and ball diamonds. Students will be placed in age-alike groups and compete in jumping, running and throwing events. An awards ceremony will be held at 2pm, with activities finishing by 2:30 to allow for a 3:30 return to Gravelbourg. Students that did not pre-order their lunch will need to bring a lunch or money for the canteen. The canteen will be open throughout the day. Students should also bring a water bottle and a hat. *Please label your child's belongings. In case of poor weather, the alternate track date will be Monday. All students will be expected to travel by bus to and from the school unless arrangements have been made prior to the track meet. Wishing you all a great day! *Grade 7 students will follow thier regular school schedule.
