The division prepares a number of plans and reports on an annual or semi-annual basis. Some reporting is required by provincial legislation - the Annual Report, for example.

In addition to meeting the legislated reporting requirements, the leadership of the division has also developed a Strategic Plan, in which it gathers the work the division is doing under one umbrella and identifies current and ongoing priorities, such as the Long-Range Facilities Plan.
